Urban Update
This young couple bought this 1960’s house knowing that it would need a lot of work with a growing family in mind. The house was largely untouched before this aside from a 1980’s kitchen remodel. It was in need of refreshing as well as fixing many of its quirks. The home received a whole house interior remodel. The main level work included rearranging spaces, opening up the kitchen and front entry, creating a mudroom, and all new fixtures and finishes. The upper level was completely remodeled with a reworked en suite and guest bath, a new laundry room relocated from the basement, and new fixtures and finishes. The lower level was only lightly touched with an opened up stair and remodeled guest bath to make the home feel completely refreshed.
