Uptown Curb Appeal

This was a typical split entry style home with a tiny entry and small living room. The project goals were to get more daylight into the home and add just enough square footage to make the spaces more functional. The design enlarges the entry and living room with an expansion off the front. New windows, siding, and trim were designed for the entire home. Larger windows along with trim and siding details add character and depth to the home. The new two-story front entry becomes an inviting beacon at night.
