Tangletown Second Story

This modest Cape Cod sat nestled between other two-story homes. It was screaming for more presence. A second story was added along with an inviting front porch in a traditional cottage style. The main level was left intact allowing the owner to live here during the construction. The second includes a family room, full bathroom, kid’s bedroom and owner’s suite.  The entire upper level has vaulted ceilings throughout.
