This modest Cape Cod sat nestled between other two-story homes. It was screaming for more presence. A second story was added along with an inviting front porch in a traditional cottage style. The main level was left intact allowing the owner to live here during the construction. The second story has vaulted ceilings throughout and enough room in the attic for plenty of storage.
